NAZISMO E RELIGIÃO POLÍTICA: AVALIANDO CLASSIFICAÇÕES CONCEITUAIS

Resumo

O presente artigo analisa o conceito de “religião política” juntamente com a sua aplicabilidade na definição das práticas do governo Nacional-Socialista da Alemanha. Ao apresentar diferentes interpretações e críticas, este estudo compara observações para fundamentar as argumentações dos diferentes autores e de suas perspectivas. Através dessa atividade, busca-se formar uma compreensão melhor do termo “religião política” e do seu valor como conceito histórico para o estudo do nazismo e de outros governos. A perspectiva diferenciada proveniente dessa forma de análise possibilita a percepção de características relevantes para o estudo da história e da política contemporânea.

Gustavo Feital Monteiro, Universidade de Brasília

Possui graduação em História pela Universidade de Brasília (2012) e mestrado em História pela Universidade de Brasília (2016). Tem experiência na área de História, com ênfase em História Contemporânea, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Nazismo, Fascismo, Totalitarismo, Antissemitismo, Holocausto, Segunda Guerra.
